Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of QuizPigeon. By creating an account, publishing a quiz, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

QuizPigeon provides tools to create, publish, and manage quizzes. This may include features such as lead capture, result emails, webhooks, tracking integrations, and other publishing tools.

We may improve, change, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, login details, and any activity that happens under your account.

You must keep your login credentials, integration details, webhook endpoints, and any related access information secure.

What you publish

You are responsible for the quizzes you create and publish using QuizPigeon.

This includes responsibility for:

• quiz content
• claims made in your quiz
• result pages
• lead capture forms
• emails sent through the product
• privacy notices and consents
• compliance with laws that apply to your business or audience

You should only collect information that you are permitted to collect, and only use that information in ways you are allowed to.

Embedding, cookies, and tracking pixels

If you embed a QuizPigeon quiz on your website, add tracking tools, or use identifiers such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, you are responsible for providing any required notices, consents, cookie banners, privacy disclosures, and third-party terms that apply to your visitors and customers.

You are also responsible for your own agreements and obligations with those third-party services.

No performance guarantee

QuizPigeon does not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or business outcomes.

Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your traffic, offer, audience, website, advertising, creative, pricing, and follow-up process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse QuizPigeon.

You must not:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights
• send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful marketing
• publish misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
• attack, probe, overload, or disrupt the service
• attempt to access data, accounts, quizzes, or leads you do not own
• use QuizPigeon to build a competing crawler, scraper, or bulk extraction pipeline against us or our customers without permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of QuizPigeon creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law or a separate agreement.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may be handled through our payment provider, such as Lemon Squeezy or another checkout provider.

Fees are charged according to the plan and billing period you select at purchase.

If you cancel a paid plan, you will usually keep access until the end of the current paid billing period, unless stated otherwise by the payment provider or shown in the product.

Your access to paid features may change if your subscription ends, payment fails, or your plan is downgraded.

Disclaimers

QuizPigeon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business or use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizPigeon's total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the months immediately before the claim.

If you have not paid us, our liability is limited to a modest fixed amount.

Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limits. Where those laws apply, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we may update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use QuizPigeon after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
